Terms of Service

By using Notaku you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

Notaku uses an AI vision model to extract structured data from receipt images you upload, archives the images in Google Drive, and appends rows to a Google Sheet. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You agree not to upload illegal, abusive, or copyright-infringing content.
• You agree not to attempt to overwhelm the service.

Plan limits

Each plan has a monthly cap on receipts processed. Once you exceed the cap, uploads are blocked until the next billing period or you upgrade your plan.

Payment (when applicable)

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial months.

Limitation of liability

Notaku's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the previous 12 months (or zero, if you're on the free plan). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
